Westpac has recently implemented additional third party AI security. While we are still observing success, this is currently blocking some Westpac applications from completing.
We are working on several avenues to improve our success rate, however, we don't have an ETA at this time. We understand this impacts on your business, and we are exploring all measures to resolve it as soon as possible. Please be aware, our Document Upload service is still available to enable Westpac applications.

Investigating
We are investigating the report of issues with applications for Westpac NZ. The issue presents as applications returning with 409 errors.
