We are continuing to investigate this issue. We've observed fluctuations in the time it takes to progress from the terms and conditions page to the bank selection page.

We are investigating the report of delays with the Credit Sense customer journey. The issue presents as the customer journey taking up to a minute to load the bank selection page after the user accepts the terms and conditions.
